Safety, belonging, and the ground beneath your feet. We begin where every practice begins — in the body, with the breath, with what holds us.

Week 2 · Water

Sacral

Svadhisthana

Creativity, sensuality, and the flow of emotion. The center of pleasure, play, and the courage to feel.

Week 3 · Fire

Solar Plexus

Manipura

Personal power, will, and the spark of action. Where intention meets follow-through.

Week 4 · Air

Heart

Anahata

Love, compassion, and the bridge between earth and sky. The center where everything softens and opens.

Week 5 · Ether

Throat

Vishuddha

Voice, truth, and authentic expression. The courage to say what's true and the discernment to know when.

Week 6 · Light

Third Eye

Ajna

Intuition, vision, and inner knowing. The seat of perception beyond what the eyes can see.

Connection, consciousness, and the spaciousness that holds everything. The return to source.
