About

Melissa Rodriguez

A wounded healer, at home in the unseen.

Melissa in a wild-thing yoga backbend.

Melissa Rodriguez moves between worlds: the seen and the unseen, the body and the spirit.

A wounded healer by nature, she has turned what she’s walked through into medicine for others — and the membrane between her and the deeper currents of things has always been thin, the unseen as familiar to her as breath. A Sagittarius rising with a stellium in the same sign, she carries a seeker’s spirit, forever drawn toward the horizon and toward what lies beneath the surface.

Her work is rooted in the body. A 500-hour RYT trained in San Francisco, she has spent years studying meditation, energetics, and the subtle body, and now guides others into that same grounded, spacious awareness.

Whether through yoga or personal development by way of movement and meditation, her teaching is an invitation to come home to yourself. She is the co-founder and wellness director at Revive Studio in Millbrae, and the director of Revive Ladies Bachata — building spaces where people gather to move, heal, and grow together.

Away from the studio, she’s a goat mamma at heart, currently working to bring her handcrafted goat milk products to the world.

Her Heart

Before every title and every offering, she is a mother to her seven children — the heart behind everything she builds.

What anchors her is simple and sacred: her family, the land, and the animals she tends.
